These Terms govern your use of the Visual Studio Code extension "SecureZip" (the "Extension").
1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Visual Studio Code extension "SecureZip" provided by an individual developer.
2. Description of Service
The Extension exports folders or workspaces opened in Visual Studio Code as ZIP archives based on ignore rules.
3. User Responsibility
- You are responsible for reviewing which files are included in the ZIP archive and where the archive is shared.
- You should review ignore rules and archive output to avoid including secrets, personal information, or third-party rights-sensitive materials.
- If you use auto-commit or tagging, you should review the resulting Git repository changes.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- (a) Misuse the Extension in any way that violates laws.
- (b) Use the Extension for unauthorized access, infringement, or unauthorized distribution of confidential information.
- (c) Interfere with operation or distribution of the Extension.
5. License
The Extension is distributed under the MIT License. License notices shown in the source code, Marketplace listing, repository, or package also apply.
6. Changes and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for damages resulting from use of the Extension, including data loss, accidental file sharing, Git history changes, or development environment issues.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Your continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the provider's address.
