These Terms govern your use of the "Calendar ToDo" application (the "App").

These Terms govern your use of the "Calendar ToDo" application (the "App").
2. Acceptance
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Description of Service
The App is a read-only calendar viewer that allows you to mark events as done. The App does not edit or modify your calendar events (EventKit).
4. Prohibited Conduct
- (a) Misuse the App in any way that violates laws.
- (b) Attempt to circumvent security or access controls.
- (c) Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
5. Subscriptions
- Premium features are provided as auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Payments are processed by Apple; the provider does not receive your financial information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Pricing varies by region and is shown in the App Store at purchase time.
6. Changes and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss, missed events, or device failure) resulting from the use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the provider's address.
